Have you ever created a whole CX strategy of a large company? And have you ever managed to sell such a strategy to the board? Either way, this master class is here for all of you who would like to try such a challenge! We will teach you how to create a plan that will turn your clients into your fans (or how corporate language would put it: a plan that will significantly higher the NPS). You will also learn what you always need to think of when making such a strategy, as well as what you don`t need to include in it. Are you sure about making the strategy, but you don`t know how to explain it to the rest of the company? Than this master class is the righ one for you as well!
